I have worked extensively within the field of Counter Terrorism, Counter Extremism, international conflict resolution, peace building and interfaith. My area of expertise lie in, BAME community relations, women engagement projects and extremism within religious factions.
I’ve advised governments including 4 U.K. Prime Minsters , been invited to speak at international conferences, was a television presenter and have held high profile events promoting community engagement/ empowerment. I’ve written and contributed to reports published by the UN and the European Parliament on Counter Terrorism and feature often in mainstream media including TIME, BBC, CNN, ITV, BBC Radio 4, BBC World, The Guardian, Vogue, The Independent and many others.
